The pharmaceutical company with our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of nutrition and pharmaceutical products. Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Territory Responsibility: Hybrid (BKK+Eastern+Northeastern)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales promotional activities, small group lecture, drugstore activities and promotions, consumer promotions in accordance with guideline of marketing plan.
- Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising.
- Product presentation professionally to achieve sales target as drugstore owner, pharmacist, assistant in accordance with sales and marketing strategy.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
- Collect information from sales area to be the reference of future market plan. Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed.
- Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management database.
- Manage and level up the satisfaction score from customer. Handle and solve the customers’ complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health/Medical Science/ Nursing/Medical Technology or related science is preferable.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Sales functions of nutrition or healthcare business are preferable. Experience in OTC market is advantage.
- Able to work with internal and external with business partners.
- Energetic and outgoing personality, presentation skills is the plus.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Able to travel and work in both area of BKK, Eastern and Northeastern.
- Having a car and driving license.
