Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve business and sales targets.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and achieve assigned objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Manage and expand business opportunities within hospital accounts and healthcare institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business trends to support business growth.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market and sales data, and implement appropriate action plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies and customer activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Medical Science or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or clinical nutrition sales, preferably in the hospital channel.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience in sales team management or a supervisory role is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong business and result-oriented mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Able to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Willing and able to travel for business purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
