\n <\/p>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives<\/b> by effectively managing the assigned territory and customer accounts.<\/li>\n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and relevant stakeholders to drive product adoption and business growth.<\/li>\n
- Maintain and provide excellent service to existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.<\/li>\n
- Conduct effective product presentations<\/b> to doctors and customers to support product listing, new product enrollment, and expansion of existing product usage.<\/li>\n
- Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional activities in alignment with company strategies and within the agreed budget.<\/li>\n
- Deliver key marketing messages to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)<\/b> and key customers to initiate product usage and build product advocacy.<\/li>\n
- Independently manage daily sales activities and proactively resolve routine customer issues, escalating non-routine matters to the Sales Manager \/ Product Manager as appropriate.<\/li>\n
- Conduct regular customer visits to gather market intelligence, competitor information, and business insights<\/b>, and provide constructive feedback to the Sales Manager \/ Product Manager.<\/li>\n
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications :<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, Science, or a related field<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- 2\u20133 years of experience<\/b> as a Medical Representative, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nephrology, or the Northeastern territory<\/b> will be an advantage.<\/li>\n
- Strong communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation skills<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.<\/li>\n
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.<\/li>\n
- Strong sense of responsibility with a \u201cCan-do\u201d attitude<\/b> and enthusiasm for achieving results.<\/li>\n
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- Valid driver\u2019s license<\/b> and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Northeastern territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
