Territory Area: Nuerology Institute, Rama, Hua Chiew <\/strong><\/p>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Achieve territory sales targets through strategic account planning, effective customer engagement, and strong execution.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Deliver compelling scientific and marketing messages to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and advocacy.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Lead new product listing initiatives at medical schools, leading government hospitals, and major private hospitals.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Gather and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support Sales Managers and Product Managers in developing effective marketing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Record customer interactions and sales activities in the SFE system while sharing valuable market intelligence with cross-functional teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.<\/li>\n
- Minimum 3\u20135 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospital channels (Bangkok).<\/li>\n
- Experience in Neurology and\/or Psychiatry<\/b> products is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
- Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively.<\/li>\n
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n
- A collaborative team player with a positive “Can Do” attitude<\/b> and enthusiasm for continuous learning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
