Territory Area: Hybrid: Bangkok & Southern<\/strong><\/p>\nSales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting business growth and developing a high-performing sales team:<\/b><\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Developing and executing territory sales strategies to achieve business objectives. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Leading, coaching, and motivating Medical Representatives to maximize individual and team performance. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Driving effective implementation of marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Managing sales forecasts, territory planning, and budget utilization to ensure optimal business results. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Promoting compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations. <\/span><\/li>\n
- Supporting continuous capability development and fostering a high-performance team culture. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in pharmacy<\/b>, Medical Science or related field. Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing is preferable.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
- Proven success in pharmaceutical sales and specializing in Psychiatry and Neurology<\/b> products<\/b> is highly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Business-minded with a proactive attitude and continuous learning mindset.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong leadership with high responsibility, strategic and analytical thinking.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Result-oriented, good team and people management<\/span>\u0e43<\/span><\/li>\n
- Willingness to travel within the assigned Hybrid territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
