\nWorking day :<\/strong>\u00a0Monday- Saturday (Saturday working 2 times per month)
\nWorking hour :<\/strong>\u00a008.00 hrs. -17.00 hrs.<\/p>\nJob Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Plan and manage domestic and international finished goods warehouse operations for both domestic and international distribution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, monitor operational performance, and provide regular reports and updates to management.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Manage inventory control processes through Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock management.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ensure compliance with Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and related customs requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Coordinate and oversee import-export activities, including the preparation and verification of shipping and customs documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Monitor and control warehouse operating expenses to achieve budget targets and improve cost efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, safety, and achievement of operational objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Maintain warehouse documentation and records in compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and other applicable quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Identify operational issues proactively, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong knowledge and experience in import-export operations, customs procedures, and logistics management.<\/span><\/li>\n
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Good understanding of BOI privileges, tax refund processes, and warehouse compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and related regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to supervise and develop warehouse teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in handling changing priorities and business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Good command of written and spoken English.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
