Territory: Lower Northeastern Region (Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Sisaket)<\/strong><\/p>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Manage assigned territory to achieve sales targets through regular customer visits, relationship building, problem resolution, and after-sales support.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the company system and provide timely updates on market activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends, and share valuable information with cross-functional teams to support effective sales and marketing strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and the company’s Code of Conduct.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Drive product listing and formulary inclusion at medical schools, key government hospitals, and private hospitals within the assigned territory.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Deliver key products and scientific messages to KOLs and healthcare professionals to support product adoption and advocacy.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and territory business plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to identify business opportunities, expand market penetration, and enhance customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Life Science, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience in Cardiology or Nephrology products is preferred.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience managing healthcare professionals and hospitals in provincial territories is an advantage<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to communicate clinical and product information effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
- High level of responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
