The pharmaceutical company with our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of nutrition and pharmaceutical products. Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Territory: Lower Northeastern Region (Nakhon Ratchasima, Surin, Sisaket)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned territory to achieve sales targets through regular customer visits, relationship building, problem resolution, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the company system and provide timely updates on market activities.
- Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends, and share valuable information with cross-functional teams to support effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Drive product listing and formulary inclusion at medical schools, key government hospitals, and private hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Deliver key products and scientific messages to KOLs and healthcare professionals to support product adoption and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and territory business plans.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to identify business opportunities, expand market penetration, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Life Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Experience in Cardiology or Nephrology products is preferred.
- Experience managing healthcare professionals and hospitals in provincial territories is an advantage.
- Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to communicate clinical and product information effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High level of responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
