Job Responsibility:

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets by building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. 
• Expand product presence by successfully listing new products and increasing utilization in assigned hospitals. 
• Deliver impactful product presentations and scientific information to doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders. 
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow your territory. 
• Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities effectively within the assigned budget. 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance brand advocacy. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to optimize business strategies. 
• Manage daily activities independently with a high level of accountability and professionalism. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition, Medical Science, Medical Technology, or related fields. 
• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  (Experience in nutrition products or Northeastern territory is a strong advantage) 
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• Solid scientific understanding with a passion for healthcare. 
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player. 
• Positive attitude with high responsibility and a “can-do” mindset. 
• Own transportation with a valid driver’s license. 
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Northeastern region.
