Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Job Summary: The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing, overseeing all marketing strategies, activities, and implementations for a designated product portfolio. This role involves developing and recommending marketing objectives, forecasting product performance, and ensuring the execution of approved marketing plans to achieve or exceed sales, growth and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiating and implementing a marketing strategy and budget to increase market share and achieve profitability goals. Preparing a marketing plan, implementing activities and ensuring effective execution for the responsible products.
- Creating promotional strategies & time plan and promotion activities, including margin control and controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan.
- Develop promotional activities and implement all promotional activities as planned in collaboration with sales staff to achieve sales objectives.
- Cooperate with sales team to achieve sales target, including developing sales staff for product knowledge to deliver information to customers. Carrying out analysis of sales channels, market access, pricing structure and competition analysis.
- Provide training, guidance, and consultation to the sales team to enhance selling skills, objection handling, product presentation, and key message delivery to healthcare professionals.
- Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
- Gather, analyse and utilize market intelligence and competitor information to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Constantly monitor the markets where our brands play in, to be up to date with the market trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Allied Health Science, Medical Science, or related field; MBA or master’s degree in marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in roles as Product Manager/ Assistant Product Manager, preferably experience with a focus on ethical channel in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Business. Nutrition products are advantaged.
- Proven knowledge of market dynamics, product lifecycle management, and competitive analysis.
- Strong leadership, Strategic thinking with results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skill.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency (TOEIC >= 700) and Computer literature.
