Job Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for clinical nutrition products in the hospital channel. This role focuses on driving product growth, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives in line with company strategy and compliance standards.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans for clinical nutrition products in the hospital channel. Manage product lifecycle including launch, growth, positioning, and phase-out.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks. Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messages tailored to hospital stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dietitians, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Plan and execute scientific promotion activities such as symposia, workshops, in-service trainings, and medical education programs. Ensure promotional activities comply with medical, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Work closely with the sales team to translate marketing strategies into effective field execution. Develop sales tools, detailing aids, promotional materials, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness. Provide product and disease-area training to sales representatives and distributors.
  • Lead new product launches including launch planning, forecasting, communication, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and monitor ROI of marketing activities. Track product performance against targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Propose corrective actions and contingency plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Science, Nutrition or related fields. Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in product marketing or brand management in Clinical Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong exposure to Hospital Channel Marketing.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and KOLs.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills and results driven with customer oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and budget management.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written TOEIC >= 700) and Computer literature.
