Job Summary:
The Product Specialist (Medical Device) is responsible for promoting medical device products in the hospital channel by providing strong product knowledge, clinical support, and professional engagement with healthcare professionals. The role supports sales growth through effective product demonstration, training, and close collaboration with the sales team while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Territory management, responsible for sales target achievement, visiting customers, solving customers’ problems and provide after-sales service in achieving sales targets through effective product positioning and clinical support.
  • Promote assigned medical device products to healthcare professionals in hospitals. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings to support product usage and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide professional support during product trials, evaluations, and implementations in hospitals. Participate in hospital tenders, evaluations, and product listings as required.
  • Act as a product expert by providing accurate clinical and technical information to customers. Support product installation, troubleshooting, and basic technical problem-solving in coordination with service teams.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, product performance data, and market insights.
  • Support scientific meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and congresses related to medical devices.
  • Prepare sales activity reports, product performance updates, and customer visit reports.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, product specialist, or clinical support roles (hospital channel preferred) or familiar product class: Coronary, Cardio., Intervention, GI is preferable.
  • Strong scientific knowledge, strong product presentation and demonstration skills. 
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, good planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office.
  • Own transportation and driver license. Able to work & travel in BKK & Upcountry.
