Territory Coverage:
1. Siriraj Hospital, Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital, Ratchaphiphat Hospital
2. Vajira Hospital, Phra Mongkut Klao Hospital, BMA General Hospital

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for company’s products within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital procurement personnel.
  • Ensure continuous product availability and visibility within hospital and institutional channels.
  • Enlist new products into hospital formularies and expand product usage across departments.
  • Conduct effective product detailing and scientific presentations tailored to each customer’s role and interests.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, usage, and evidence-based support.
  • Organize and support product seminars, lunch & learn sessions, and booth activities at medical conferences or hospital events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Administrative) to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer visits, and sales performance via CRM or reporting tools.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and field effectiveness.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Technology, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a Medical Representative role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in sales techniques with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey scientific information clearly and accurately.
  • Good understanding of hospital purchasing processes and formulary listing procedures.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
