Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Job Purpose:
HRD & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and develop leadership capabilities across the company. This role will focus on career development, change management, succession planning and fostering a high-performance culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with department head to assess development needs and to align people strategies with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of career path frameworks, succession planning strategies, and development initiatives for high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
- Develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities across all levels.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, equipping them with the skills to lead teams and drive performance effectively.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Drive & support culture change, promote employee engagement
- Assess leadership capabilities across the organization and identify areas for development. Identify inefficiencies and design organizational solutions.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate targeted leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives for various levels of management.
- Facilitate leadership training programs. Coaching managers and supervisory level to enhance leadership capabilities.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience 10+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development with a strong track record of designing and implementing successful OD initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development principles, theories, and methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
