HR Supervisor

Job Scope:

Manage, supervise and monitor the daily work of HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, safety committee, security guard & nursing room and HR Activities. This role will also support implementation of the HR operating including coaching, mentoring, problem solving solutions, and counseling within the team environment. To response human resources 


Factory: Samut Sakhon (Kratumban)  
Working day: Monday- Saturday  (Saturday work 2 times per month)

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: recruitment, employee relations, safety committee, security guard & nursing room and HR Activities.
  • Manages overall process of recruitment to ensure organizational needs are being met.
  • Coordinate government agencies and communities in the area around the factory in activities related to human resource management
  • Manage employee relations practices to establish a positive employer relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement. 
  • Organizing and facilitating employee activities. Coordinate with other departments for company activities i.e. May day, Sport day, CSR , New year day, Songkran Festival, Farewell party
  • Handles employee relations, including managing absences, investigations, discipline, etc.     In accordance with company’s rules, local regulations and practices, you will also define, monitor and review the HR policies & procedures related to all HR Functional Operation.
  • Good knowledge of HR disciplines (i.e. staffing, employee relation, employment law.) plus business and organizational awareness
  • Work closely with HR manager and line managers on people issues
  • Responsible for submitting contest awards in part of human resource management  i.e. Thailand Labour Management Excellence Award 
  • Any ad hoc/additional relevant tasks assigned by Manager.


  • Male/Female, age 30- 38 year old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 10 year-experience in HR role and 5 year-experience in Supervisor role with medium – large manufacturing company (800+ employees).
  • Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
  • Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, service minded and presentation skills
  • English proficiency and computer literacy
  • Has strong labor law knowledge
  • Have experience in handling and organizing labor relations activities
