Thai Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company Limited is the worldwide pharmaceutical company. Our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of basic intravenous solutions, hospital products, therapeutic drugs and other pharmaceutical products. 1. Legal and Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and provide comment on various type of contracts and other legal documents for whole company
• Provide legal advice on various aspects of laws and regulations including commercial law, labor law, corporate law and others which related to company’s business
• Research and monitor on laws and regulations newly announced or will be announced in Thailand which are relevant and affect to business and communicate to the relevant persons.
• Monitors as necessary, coordinates the compliance activities to ensure that the businesses in company are conducted in compliance with policies and procedures, laws, regulations and Code of Practice.
• Works with the Department as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
• Develop and implement a compliance training plan and report both of on schedule and special event to management and Japan side.
• Monitor and perform of the compliance program and related activities on a continuing basic, taking appropriate step to improve its effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, Age 25-30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in business law or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in legal and compliance area.
• Ability to draft and review contracts in Thai and English languages.
• Legal knowledge of domestic and international trade, commercial business

Required Skills:

• Strong collaborative skills to leading and working in a multi-layers, cross functional environment.
• Has knowledge in Business Law, Compliance, Risk Management.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700).
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
