Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager (Parenteral Products) to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our parenteral product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving market growth, ensuring competitive positioning, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and budget to increase market share and achieve profitability goals. Preparing a marketing plan, implementing activities and ensuring effective execution for the parenteral products.
- Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend product positioning to increase market share.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product launches and portfolio optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- Develop promotional materials, training tools, and campaigns to support the sales team as planned in collaboration to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and consultation to the sales team to enhance selling skills, objection handling, product presentation, and key message delivery to healthcare professionals.
- Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities.
- Gather, analyse and utilize market intelligence and competitor information to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Constantly monitor the markets where our brands play in, to be up to date with the market trends and developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in roles as Product Manager/ Assistant Product Manager in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with parenteral or hospital-based products.
- Strong leadership, Strategic thinking with results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skill.
- Proven experience in product launching, brand management, knowledge of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency (TOEIC >= 700) and Computer literature.
