Senior Purchasing Officer/Purchasing Officer

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for overall purchasing functions, particularly on the customers’ requirement to ensure materials, products, printing, promotion materials,  gimmick are purchased in the most economical manner with on time delivery and meet customers’ requirement.

  • Managing purchasing including sourcing, coordinating and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up and manage suppliers to ensure on time delivery of all materials, products, printing, promotion materials, and gimmick on schedule.
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose.
  • Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing all materials, products, printing, promotion materials, and gimmick.
  • Maintain complete updated supplier history, purchasing records/data and pricing.

Qualifications:

  • Age 25-35 years old, Male/Female.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Administration, purchasing, sourcing with general purchasing and printing, promotion materials, gimmick, tour is preferable.
  • Pleasant personality, Service mind and willingness to support team working.
  • Strong negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, pro-active and problem solving skill.
  • Good command of English and computer proficient (Microsoft Office).
