Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.


We are now looking for the talent candidate who is passionate about developing people with Training management skill and Sales or Marketing Management experiences in the pharmaceutical industry.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop training strategy and training plan to support the business objective
  • Conduct training especially selling, presentation and negotiation skills related to company products including soft skills
  • Provide training assessment and share with superiors and participants
  • Develop training road map and individual development plan
  • Develop workshop with product manager to enhance product knowledge of each business
  • Lifts the sales team capabilities to achieve team goals via individual sales coaching
  • Maintain best practice of MR and promote standard of MRAP
  • Design training curriculum according to learning style and adult learning concept
  • Evaluate training effectiveness with measurable result
  • Being business partner with Sale & Marketing Team and Business Support team to up-skills and reskills to cope with business objectives
  • Organize and building corporate culture and value through various activities


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science or medical science, master degree is preferable
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience with good performance record in hospital sale or marketing. Minimum 1-2 years in manager level with training experiences
  • Strong leadership and willing to learn with growth mindset.
  • Good training skill both on-site and virtual format. Public speaking, presentation and training skill
  • Conceptual ability including analytical, creative and initiative skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with drive cross-functional collaboration, motivation and coaching 
  • Fluency in English language, Computer literacy and social media.
