Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training strategy, planning and implementing training, in order to support the business objective according to training road map and individual development plan
  • Provides effectively training and motivate the sales team by developing and customizing training of each business unit to achieve standard skills
  • Lifts the sales team capabilities to achieve sale target
  • Design and execute the local training curriculum for medical representatives and sale manager
    • Be a facilitator and trainer in the soft and hard skill program.
    • Be a coach to unleash sale team potential and support Sale manager to coach their team
    • Identify training needs  through competency gap analysis
    • Assess sales force standard skills and develop program to fill the gap
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training and follow-up programs.
  • Being business partnering with Product manager, Sale manager, Business unit director and department head to level up competency and team performance
  • Support and develop training officer in training management and dealing with Department of skill development
  • Support building corporate culture and values through various activities.


Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science or related fields, master degree is preferable
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in sale or marketing with success track record, with 1-2 years in manager level with training experiences
  • Conceptual ability including analytical, creative and initiative skills.
  • Create internal strong relationships with other team and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellence public speaking, presentation& training skills
  • Highly commitment, well-organized, Open-minded and able to think outside of the box
  • Fluency in English & computer literacy
  • Willing to learn with growth mindset
