Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and expand the international markets for nutrition product to enhancing the business growth.
  • Initiate strategic marketing plan for international business, branding management and marketing tools for our exporting products to expand the business and achieve sales target of exporting territories.
  • Work closely with international distributors and develop sales training schemes for distribution channel expansion.
  • Build up and develop the key advocacy medical professional in the territories for supporting the business management.
  • Develop marketing communication tools (scientific materials, promotional materials) & activities for brand building.
  • Analyze the market and sales as well as explore the opportunity for business growth and success in territories with    the customers.
  • Compile multi-marketing information & competitor data for market analysis and feasibility in territories.
  • Cooperate and communicate with sales/product manager in territories for market survey, product training, scientific information be related to products, marketing activities, sales planning, etc. to implement the action and achieve the business goal in territories.


Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or related field. Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing is preferable.
    • Having experience in international market of pharmaceutical business or business management will be advantage.
    • Good command in English of reading, speaking, listening and writing (TOEIC 700 up)
    • Good attitude and talent in problem solving and difficulty handling.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Result-oriented, good team player and people management.
    • Able to go aboard and work with both local people and foreigner.
