Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

 

Main Responsibility:

Handle sale order both from customer and sale representative to ensure the customer receive the rights goods on the right time including identifies and resolves discrepancies in invoices and orders, update customer data, support the other functional in order to keep work on going, tender preparation, stock sample management and complete routine daily reports submit to involve department on time.

  • Handle sales order processing, credit note and sample stock processing.
  • Check and correct with distributors to collective action for the error invoices and orders by daily checking missing order and invoice report to correct errors and ensure the customer receive the right goods on time.
  • Co-operate with distributors for allocation and issue sales order for shortage goods.
  • Update the customer data, price, tender documents and coordinate between Sales representative and distributor for all concerned documents.
  • Give the advice about the basic knowledge about company’s products & price list to customer.
  • Check, maintain the sample stock and update the sample usage.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other related fields.
  • Have experience in sales administrative process, tender operation, order operation will be preferable.
  • Service mind with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be a sense of urgency in delivering work in a timely and efficient manner with a positive attitude at work.
  • Strong organizing, analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
