Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement, pricing, specification, quality, delivery, payment and trade terms.
  • Prepare and process purchasing orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures, also prepare and verify all relevant purchasing documents to be complete and correct.
  • Manage and follow up suppliers to ensure on time delivery of the products, (all materials, products, printing, promotion materials, gimmick)
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing all materials, products, printing, promotion materials and gimmick.
  • Other tasks following Manager’s assignment.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, social science or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years experiences in purchasing job functions will be advantage.
  • Good oral and written communications skill both Thai and English (TOEIC score >= 600).
  • Good knowledge and understanding of procurement/purchasing process, policy and systems.
  • Effective collaboration with strong influencing with negotiating skill.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and logic thinking.
  • Proficient with MS Office;(Excel, Power Point, MS Word)
