The pharmaceutical company with our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of nutrition and pharmaceutical products. Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.
Workplace : Factory – Samut Sakhon
Working day : Monday- Saturday (Saturday working 2 times per month)
Working hour : 08.00 hrs. -17.00 hrs.
Salary : Based on company structure and candidate’s experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities for spare parts, production support materials, and project-related supplies both in domestic and international.
- Supervise and guide the purchasing team to ensure effective performance and compliance with purchasing plans.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and timely purchasing operations.
- Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules, especially for imported goods.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers, conduct supplier performance assessments, and maintain an approved supplier list.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with the company’s goals, department targets, and relevant policies.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding procurement progress and performance.
- Review and manage the purchasing budget according to assigned allocations.
- Serve as the main purchaser for laboratory supplies and services in accordance with ISO 17025 standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing Spare Part & Project in Manufacturing.
- Experience in Purchasing within the pharmaceutical or food industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of both domestic and international.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP systems is a plus.
- Good command written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure and be able to multi-task.
- Able to work in Krathum Baen, Samut Sakhon.
