Thai Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company Limited is the worldwide pharmaceutical company. Our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of basic intravenous solutions, hospital products, therapeutic drugs and other pharmaceutical products. Workplace : Factory -Samut Sakhon
Working day : Monday- Saturday (Saturday working 2 times per month)
Working hour : 08.00 hrs. -17.00 hrs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage domestic and international finished goods warehouse operations for both domestic and international distribution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, monitor operational performance, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
  • Manage inventory control processes through Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and related customs requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee import-export activities, including the preparation and verification of shipping and customs documentation.
  • Monitor and control warehouse operating expenses to achieve budget targets and improve cost efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and manage warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, safety, and achievement of operational objectives.
  • Maintain warehouse documentation and records in compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, and other applicable quality standards.
  • Identify operational issues proactively, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory planning, or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in import-export operations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Good understanding of BOI privileges, tax refund processes, and warehouse compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and related regulations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to supervise and develop warehouse teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in handling changing priorities and business requirements.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
