Total employees: Manufacturing 700 person, Head office (Sales and Business support) 200 person.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate external to achieve timely and accurate processing of accounts payable related activities, and another department for vendor solve.
  • To assure all payment transactions from every payment channel are completely and accurately delivered to the provider.
  • Prepare Receive Voucher for AR receiving included follow up withholding tax certificate (if any), posting, and issuing receipt, prepare journal voucher for other revenue recording or adjustment transaction (if any).
  • Send original receipt to parent/customer and liaise for sending original invoice or additional document to customer. (Challenge to manage high volume of billings and collection)
  • Control petty cash and cash sales and support finance operation team for support operation such as prepare petty cash report.
  • Prepare primary details or other reports for A/P & A/R international for related persons.
  • Prepare all monthly tax concerns such as Vat, PND, withholding tax, etc.
  • Inspect and track financial documents from banks and related departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assign from supervisor to support operation team and improve finance and accounting efficiency

 

Qualifications :

  • At least 1-3 years experiences in financial functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Thai accounting standard and Thai Revenue Code
  • Good command in English (TOEIC 600 up or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of MS office. Advanced function (formulas, pivot table, charts, etc.) is a plus
  • Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills, service oriented, accuracy and high commitment to deliver results.
  • SAP Experience is preferable
