Territory Area: Nuerology Institute, Rama, Hua Chiew

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory sales targets through strategic account planning, effective customer engagement, and strong execution.
  • Deliver compelling scientific and marketing messages to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and advocacy.
  • Lead new product listing initiatives at medical schools, leading government hospitals, and major private hospitals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Gather and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support Sales Managers and Product Managers in developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activities in the SFE system while sharing valuable market intelligence with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospital channels (Bangkok).
  • Experience in Neurology and/or Psychiatry products is highly preferred.
  • Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive “Can Do” attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
