Thai Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company Limited is the worldwide pharmaceutical company. Our business includes manufacturing, trading, import and export of basic intravenous solutions, hospital products, therapeutic drugs and other pharmaceutical products. 1. Medical Representative – BKK (Pletaal, Mucosta, Meptin Team)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for opening the new product entry, regular visit customers in responsible area, maintain and demonstrate scientific knowledge potential or existing customers, satisfy customer need, completed customer data base and report. Handle sale target and promote the company sale growth.


  • Female & Male, age 22 – 36 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Technology, Health Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experiences in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales in hospital channel would be preferable.
  • Good personality, communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude, service mind, energetic and highly self-motivated.
  • Have experience in Pramongkut hospital is preferable.

2. Product Marketing & Sales Manager (International Business)

Responsible Product :  Nutrition Products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and expand the international markets for nutrition product to enhancing the business growth(Sales target).
  • Initiate strategic marketing plan for international business, branding management and marketing tools for our exporting products to expand the business and achieve sales target of exporting products.
  • Work closely with international distributors and develop sales training schemes for distribution channel expansion.
  • Develop marketing communication tools (scientific materials, promotional materials) & activities for brand building.
  • Cooperate with local product manager for market survey, training, marketing activities to achieve the business growth.


  • Male & Female, age not over 45 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition and Dietetic, Medical Science or related field. Master’s degree in MBA, Marketing is preferable.
  • A minimum experiences at least 5 year and familiar in export function would be advantage.
  • Having experience in international market of nutrition marketing or nutrition product management or pharmaceutical/healthcare Business will be advantage.
  • Good command in English of reading, speaking, listening and writing(TOEIC 700 up).
  • Good attitude and talent in problem solving and difficulty handling.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to go aboard and work with both local people and foreigner.

3. Product Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Product Marketing Manager (Nutrition Products)

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading a team controlling all marketing activities related to the assigned product range in Nutrition Products, including product strategy, launches for new products, developing promotional materials, educational programs, etc., to achieve the company’s goal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and implementing a marketing strategy and budget to increase market share and achieve profitability goals.
  • Preparing a marketing plan, implementing activities and ensuring effective execution for the responsible products.
  • Creating promotional strategies & time plan and promotion activities, including margin control and controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan.
  • To provide guidance and consultation to sales team with training in order to develop sales force capabilities i.e. handling any objections, presenting products, and delivering key messages to healthcare professionals.
  • To achieve annual sales targets by preparing sales analysis data and collaborating with sales teams to ensure clear execution of strategy and creating an accuracy forecast compared to target, allocating and controlling the budget.
  • Cooperate with sales team to achieve sales target, including develop sales staff for product knowledge to deliver information to customers.
  • Carrying out analysis of sales channels, market access, pricing structure and competition analysis.


  • Bachelor in Pharmaceutical. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as Product Manager in pharmaceutical products, experiences in Nutrition product is required.
  • Proactive, leadership, good problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Thai and English communications, presentation, and coordination with team.
