Working Area: Bangkok – North
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in both strategic planning and field execution combining scientific engagement, relationship management, and tender expertise.

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop customer development strategies and dedicated key account action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Align on account objectives and execute plans to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders and tender/e-bidding decision makers.
  • Build strong connections with gatekeepers and influencers through scientific and educational engagement.
  • Acquire in-depth understanding of customer needs and procurement requirements.
  • Develop and execute scientific or educational projects to clearly communicate product benefits.
  • Initiate speaker programs and knowledge-sharing activities to support tender areas.
  • Deliver differentiated product positioning that effectively addresses competitor challenges.
  • Manage all tasks related to hospital tenders and government e-bidding processes.
  • Ensure strong coverage and acquisition of Enteral nutrition products.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to achieve regional targets and resolve tender-related challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tender submission, compliance, and follow-up.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience in Clinical Nutrition / Medical Food portfolio is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital tender/e-bidding processes or government procurement systems.
  • Excellent understanding of product specifications and competitive positioning.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel within assigned territories (Bangkok and Northern).
